fore you get to your first meeting, and the official start of your learning group or club, it is important to be aware of some of the practical considerations that can be involved. This section is divided into three areas: 1. Finance, 2. Publicity,                     3. General Practicalities.

Sheet 2.1 is a template that asks you to think about any financial outgoings you may have and how you will pay for them. Finances can be a tricky issue for any group and it is wise to give some thought to them at an early stage.

Sheets 2.2 are a series of information sheets that you may want to use to help you publicise your group.

However small and informal you might intend your group to be it may be worth reading through some of the sheets in this section and considering how and why they may affect your group. You may want to print off the checklist template provided so that you can make a note of any actions you think it is necessary to take.
